This qualification reflects the role of individuals who provide leadership and support strategic direction in the marketing and communications activities of an organisation. Their knowledge base may be highly specialized or broad within the marketing and communications field. Typically, they are accountable for group outcomes and the overall performance of the marketing and communication, advertising or public relations functions of an organisation.

This qualification applies to individuals in full-time marketing roles, as well as those who are responsible for an organisation’s marketing in addition to other duties.

Entry Requirements

Have completed BSB52415 Diploma of Marketing and Communication or BSB50620 Diploma of Marketing and Communication

Learners are over 18 years of age. All international students must be able to demonstrate an IELTS 6 level of English language or equivalent. They have either completed their education to a level which is equivalent to an Australian Senior High School, College or University

Course Duration

This program is delivered 20 hours’ /week full time study, entirely off-the-job at Global Institute’s campus through a combination of face-to-face trainer-led classes and practical sessions involving small group and individual activities.

Calendar Year: One-hundred and four weeks (104) weeks
Academic Year: Eighty Week (80) weeks
Term breaks: 8 x 3 weeks 24 weeks
Allocated hours: 1200 face to face hours + 400 online hours = 1600 hours
