This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources

Learners are over 18 years of age. All international students must be able to demonstrate an IELTS 5.5 level of English language or equivalent. They have either completed their education to a level which is equivalent to an Australian Senior High School, College or University
Course Duration
Using a blended delivery style this program combines 15 hours a week in class sessions with 5 hours a week of structured online learning and assessment activities. Global Institute’s in class learning is facilitated by our Trainers using a combination of small group discussions, individual learning activities, case studies, presentations and lectures. Global Institute’s online Moodle platform hosts our course material and provides easy access to information and resources.
